Was going on vacation and realized that I didn't have enough contacts so I ordered 2 boxes to be shipped express to the nearest Lens Crafters. The day before they were supposed to arrive, I noticed there was no email confirming the shipment. Checked my account: there was a delay. Called to find out what the delay was: the lenses were out of stock & the rep had no idea when they'd be back in stock. I was furious. Why allow me not only to order them but to pay for express shipping when the contacts were out of stock? And why not at least send me a notification indicating they were out of stock so that I could order them elsewhere? Ruined half my vacation - I'll never be dealing with this company again.

I have not received my contacts yet and its been over 10 days since I ordered them. UPS tracking number they give you is worthless because they end up handing it off to the local post office and so I can't even track it.

I ordered my contacts, waited a few days for the prescription to be verified, and then a few more days for them to arrived. Considering it takes a week or a little more for all of that to happen, I shouldn't wait until the last minute.

I recently learned that the name changed! But so glad I learned the new name! I've always been able to find the exact contacts that I need to order and they always arrive super quickly!

I’ve tried other lens companies and there was always a scheme with the low price. ContactsDirect has been straightforward and quick! I will always come back.

Quick easy to order. Delivered in timely manner. Could not upload my prescription because of a computer issue and they contacted my doctor.

I was able to quickly reorder my contacts and only paid $7.96 out-of-pocket for an annual supply!

I placed a second call today to find out the status of my daughter’s contacts order. We ordered two weeks ago. First call a week ago, they said they were back ordered but would be in stock and shipped three days ago. Today, they say they are out of stock and not back in until end of month (another two weeks). However, they had 30 day supplies in stock (instead of the 90 day that we ordered) and if we wanted to pay an increased price without ability to apply discounts and insurance, they could send those. No thank you! Beware, if you order from here, you may be waiting a very long time to get your contacts.
